Call for Proposals for 2010 Conference

CONSORTIUM FOR UNDERGRADUATE INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS EDUCATION
SPRING 2010 MEETING
“Reaching Beyond the B-School to Support International Business Education”
March 25-27, 2010
Washington, DC

The Consortium for Undergraduate International Business Education (CUIBE) will hold its annual
spring meeting in Washington, DC, March 25-27, 2010. Hosted by the Kogod School of Business at
American University, the theme of the meeting will be “Reaching Beyond the B-School to Support
International Business Education.”

The CUIBE Program Committee is now soliciting proposals for panels, presentations, and
interactive sessions to be included on the program. Each session will be approximately 1-1½ hours
(including discussion time). We expect to have four or five sessions on Friday, March 26. Proposals
in all areas of pedagogy and student engagement are welcome. Preference will be given to proposals
that fit the theme. In this regard, the Program Committee is particularly interested in sessions on
interdisciplinary programs, relationships with NGOs, government agencies, or multilateral
organizations, and the roles of other external stakeholders. We encourage attention to both ad hoc
arrangements and lasting partnerships.

To propose a panel, presentation, or interactive session, send a l-2 page description of the topic and
a list of presenters or facilitators to the program committee members and the host contacts listed
below. Proposals received by December 1, 2009 will receive full consideration.

Saturday, March 27. To add an item, send an email to the distribution list with a concise (1 line
maximum) description for the printed agenda and any additional descriptive information.
We look forward to seeing you in Washington!
